We warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that the SALVS 60L Waterproof Duffel Bag will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the conditions listed.In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:- You must have purchased the product from the SALVS website or an authorized dealer;
- You must return the product to SALVS; and
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part.The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.WARRANTY PERIODSTANDARD 2-YEAR WARRANTY The SALVS 60L Waterproof Duffel Bag comes with a 2-year Warranty Period from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and materials.EXTENDED 3-YEAR WARRANTY Register your product on our website within the first year of purchase to extend your coverage to a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.We will make every effort to replace discontinued or limited-edition products but cannot guarantee their availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar or equivalent model based on availability.We may make changes to product designs over time. Products replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these updates.WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS There are circumstances in which this warranty does not apply, and all such sales are final. This warranty does not cover:- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions;
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading;

Please do not ship your product before receiving your RMA#.We recommend the following when shipping:- Pack the item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Include any related paperwork inside the box (your printed RMA# and any packing slip).
- Attach the provided return label to the package.
- Ship using the provided label or service.If you use your own shipper, include your RMA# inside the box. We recommend a trackable service and keeping the tracking number. Any additional shipping costs you incur are non-refundable.WARRANTY DISCLAIMERThere are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein.
